Urban Capital, LLC, a group of area investors, purchased and redeveloped the former First Union building located at 82 Patton Avenue on Pritchard Park in downtown Asheville. Chuck Tessier, president and owner of Tessier, and John Rogers, FAIA, principal of Rogers Chenevert Architects will serve as managing partners for the development.
The eight-story property includes approximately 60,000 square feet on eight floors with parking available at the rear of the building. The newly renovated building includes office condominiums, ground floor retail and a rooftop terrace restaurant/event space with spectacular views. Office condominiums were offered in sizes ranging from 1200 square feet to 6200 square feet for a full floor. The upper floors feature exterior balconies overlooking the park, which are available for common use by the tenants of each floor. The building promises parking to all tenants.
